Returns & Refunds

Because Lavender & Oak Mystery Boxes are individually prepared based on the beads selected in each scoop, the exact assortment of items will vary. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on item selection, color, style, or personal preference.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. Photos of the item and packaging may be requested.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal-care, beauty, or cosmetic items cannot be returned.

Order cancellation requests must be made before the order has been prepared or shipped. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Any refund or replacement approved by Lavender & Oak will be handled based on the circumstances of the order. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
